Hidden Damage

This home in Beach Haven suffered damage through out the entire house from a broken pipe on the second floor.  While the SERVPRO crew was tearing out damaged drywall in the ceiling they discovered massive damage to the heating and air conditioning duct work as a result of what we assume was a Raccoon.  How the homeowners did not know there was an animal taking up residency behind their walls is a complete mystery.  Not to mention the loss of air flow in the one particular room with the damage to the duct work went unnoticed. There was no way to determine when this happened as no animal was found.
