When you are operating a commercial kitchen the common wear and tear is inevitable and because of it being a commercial kitchen, certain health standards are needed to be kept. Therefore routine cleaning is necessary in a commercial kitchen and some of the things that are needed to be done is the following: stripping the floors and hood cleanings etc. This kitchen operates at a large volume, so it is important to maintain health standards when it is regarding consumers and most important food.
